The 19.900 sqm site is a fundamental pivot area for the requalification of Ponte San Giovanni’s urban centre. As programmed by the Local Development Plan, the project realizes the conversion of the site from the existing industrial function into a central area with residential, office and commercial  blocks, public plazas and green areas. It’s the first mixed-used buildings in Perugia based on sustainable design principles using energy efficient technology and low impact materials and resources. The Project has been followed in the Preliminary, Final and Work-in Drawing design phases. Total cost of the building: 21,3 ml Euro.
