The New Congress Centre  wins the European competition launched by EUR S.p.a. and the  Municipality of  Rome in the strategic modern district of the EUR in Rome. The Project has been developed in the Competition phase. The design concept  can be summarized by three images: the ‘Theca’, a polygonal transparent building containing the ‘Cloud’, an auditorium for 1850 people and the ‘Blade’, a 17- storey construction for the Hotels. Total cost of the building estimated: 272 ml Euro.
