A house near Trinità dei Monti with a section growing in height over three levels, overlooks Mignanelli Square from a large terrace nestled between the rooftops of the Eternal City. The refurbishment maintains the floor, some woodwork and fixtures from the original house and turns the environments bright and neutral to accommodate a mix of vintage and contemporary furnishings. The living area distributes to the upper levels: from one side to the night floor and on the other to the master suite with a wooden staircase that climbs towards the terrace. The volume of the master’s bathroom is at a lower level and goes on to earn his view on Via Gregoriana through a rough concrete staircase leading to the bath tub. The terracotta pavement of the terrace has been decorated by square floral carpets made out of black and white enameled tiles.
